We are looking to add a Power Generation Field Service Coordinator to our team.

What’s that, you ask? A Field Service Coordinator:

• Handles scheduling service calls and PM services.
• Communicates regularly with technicians and customers.
• Provides coordination between technicians, sales team and parts team.
• Helps aid management team in determining solutions to customer concerns.
• Opens and closes work orders. Aides technicians in quoting repairs.
• Provides support to management team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Strong candidates will:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to be a team player.
• Understand that attention to detail is a must.
• Be personable, friendly, and willing to interact with people all day.
• Have excellent communication skills; both verbally and written.
• Have a strong moral compass, a high level of personal integrity.
• Be able to work independent of direct supervision.
• Welcome transparency and accountability.
• Have strong typing skills.
• Be able to adapt and learn new things.
• Have general mechanical understanding.
• Be able to learn and master multiple software platforms.
