Interstate Companies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at our new Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Warranty Administrators, Warranty Clerks, Service Administrators, Service Writers, Claims Coordinators, and dealership professionals looking to advance their careers with a stable and growing organization.

What You'll Do
- Review and process warranty claims submitted from multiple service and repair locations.
- Verify documentation accuracy and ensure claims meet manufacturers and audit requirements.
- Submit, manage, and track warranty claims through various OEM and vendor portals.
- Communicate with branch personnel regarding claim corrections, documentation needs, and claim status.
- Create, monitor, and track warranty parts returns.
- Reconcile warranty credits and related documentation.
- Interpret vendor warranty policies and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Work closely with service teams, parts departments, and vendors to maximize warranty reimbursement.
- Provide professional support to branch teams regarding warranty processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in warranty administration, warranty claims processing, service administration, or dealership operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business software systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warranty administration, warranty claims, service writing, or related automotive, trucking, diesel, equipment, or power generation service environments.
- Experience working with OEM warranty systems and claims processing.
- Knowledge of repair orders, labor operations, parts documentation, and warranty reimbursement procedures.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Excede OS, or similar service management software.
