I-State Truck Center is looking for a Part-Time Shop Helper/Assistant for our Watertown South Dakota location.

In this role you will be the direct support to multiple departments within this location. This will be a Part-Time role Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm.

Shop Helper/Assistant job Duties:

• Check-in and inspection of trucks and equipment arriving and movement of trucks on property.
• Evaluate condition of the facility interior and exterior and perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate with Service and/or Branch Manager about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
• Keep building in clean and orderly condition by performing minor cleaning duties not performed by our cleaning service as needed.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on premises.
• Perform snow and ice removal on sidewalks and areas of lots as needed.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Ability to climb heights, lift to 60 lbs. and climb onto ladders.
