Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Our team thrives in a supportive, dynamic environment, and we’re seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team at our Corporate Office in Eagan, Minnesota.

Pay Range: $25-$29 per hour, DOE.

Job Overview

Growth is a critical component of our business plan, and we are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to help us in that growth. Accounts Payable Clerks completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Process 3-way P.O. matching invoices
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Scan invoices into Document Management System
• Reconcile Vendor Statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Respond to Vendor inquiries
• Employee Expense Report Processing
• Maintain Vendor Records
• 1099 Maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience preferred
• Strong computer skills to include MS suite of products, and proficient keyboarding skills
• Great Attention to Detail
• General Math Skills
• Strong Work Ethic
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Basic Accounting Principles knowledge
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with accuracy and timeliness
